Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to join our ICT Services team!

Do you have demonstrated experience in providing administrative and secretarial Executive support including a proven ability to operate efficiently in a challenging and high-volume environment ensuring confidentiality and discretion in issues management?

Do you have demonstrated ability to manage a high workload, establish work priorities, meet strict deadlines and commitments in a demanding environment with competing and changing priorities, and maintain accuracy and attention?

The Executive Assistant (EA) supports the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and ICT Services Executive Team. This support comprises the provision of executive level administrative and day-to-day operational support for the efficient and effective operation of ICT Services. Working as part of a team, the EA will ensure a high level of collaborative team focused support and service to the ICT Services Executive Team.

This position is required to develop and maintain efficient office systems and procedures and ensure high professional standards. Executive Assistants may be required to rotate and provide administrative support to a range of Directors.
