Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) is seeking a dynamic Health Manager to join our team at Canterbury Community Health!

Do you have demonstrated experience in project management and knowledge of project management methodologies?

Do you have the demonstrated ability to plan and implement service delivery developments and communication strategies?

Healthy Families Healthy Children (HFHC) is a district-wide program of services and resources available to families antenatally until the child is five years old. The program aims to support the best development of children and enable families to lead healthy and fulfilling lives by providing care that is tailored to the individual needs of families. This position is based at the Forest Lodge Child and Family Health Centre, 300 Bridge Road Forest Lodge.

This role leads specific service development projects and initiatives to enhance the ongoing development of the HFHC program in SLHD. The role also leads the development of all communications relevant to the program including managing internal and external partnerships, website content development, telehealth service options, and social media functions.
