The Role

As the Customer Service Manager with The Hatchery, a specialist online events company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional telephone and email-based customer service for our customers through the prompt and accurate processing of registrations and customer enquiries. We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual who has exceptional attention to detail to ensure effective communication between stakeholders. We have the best of both worlds with our hybrid working environment, balancing our time between the office and working from home.

What do you need to join the team?

  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a high volume order processing customer services environment
  • Technologically savvy - previous experience using Salesforce & Zoom are highly desirable
  • Autonomy and confidence, to manage the customer care function independently 
  • Self-starting, with a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Well developed and professional interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner
  • Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A flexible approach with a desire to perform a wide variety of tasks
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritise effectively
  • Process-driven with excellent problem-solving skills
  • A high level of energy, enthusiasm and drive to succeed
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
