About The Role

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our South East Metropolitan team as a Receptionist and Administration Assistant. The role is responsible for providing reception and general administration support to our clients.

What We Need From You
  • Experience in front line customer service and administration
  • Experience in performing administration tasks.
  • Friendly phone manner and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent coordination and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in applications such as Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to develop and manage effective office systems.
What Would Be Great To Have
  • Experience working in the Aged and Disability sector or in a community service sector
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of Alayacare or any client management database
You should be eligible to work in Australia.
