The role of the Production and Post-Production Coordinator is responsible for the production of imagery for the David Jones eCommerce site and is second in charge at the Mondo Silverwater Studio.

This includes the management of product inventory for shoots, organising shoots and shoot teams, ensuring they are working inline with the style guide, and determine efficiencies to ensure maximum shoot volumes.

Post Production for both shoots and vendor imagery also need to be managed, verifying image quality, delegating and scheduling workloads to retouching suppliers, preparing images for final output to dispatch imagery back to David Jones.

Key Areas for the Production and Logistics elements of this role are:

  • Management of the product at Silverwater.
  • Management of the eCommerce photography and styling teams.
  • Maintain the styling component of the online style guide.
Key Areas of the Post-Production elements of this role are:
  • Managing post production process for vendor images and images shot for Studio Mondo’s clients.
  • Liaising with retouching suppliers.
  • Ensure despatches are completed in a timely fashion, hitting deadlines.
  • Track and record all images for reports and billing purposes.
  • Ensuring high quality output from post-production and images match briefs.
  • Perform basic retouching and cropping of images as required.
  • Working with image databases, systems and shoot computers.
