JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Call Centre Operator
Location: Dubbo
Start: ASAP
Pay: $30/hr 35hr week

This role requires extensive customer service experience, communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients. Primary responsibilities will be managing inbound calls, identifying and responding to customers' needs and providing accurate information in a team environment. Furthermore, a willingness to help and an ability to operate effectively in a high performing team environment is required.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide quality frontline customer service to all external and internal customers with the highest level of integrity and excellence
  • Provide informed, targeted, and timely advice and information to customers and stakeholders to maximise engagement, retention and completion
  • Perform accurate and timely processing to ensure a quality and seamless customer service experience in compliance with legislative and financial requirements
  • Work with limited supervision
  • Plan and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage high volume inbound/outbound calls whilst placing the customer at the centre of all decision making
  • Comply with privacy requirements and legislative obligations ensuring confidentiality, privacy and integrity of information is not compromised.
  • Complete general administrative tasks
  • Accurately create, update, and maintain customer database, including escalating complaints through appropriate channels.
  • Take ownership of customers' needs and provide prompt and accurate responses to deliver a positive outcome.
  • Adhere to business compliance requirements and ensure consistent application of policies, guidelines, procedures and legislation.
Essential Criteria
  • Ability to work within a high volume, high pressure, and constantly evolving contact centre environment.
  • Min 1 years’ experience in a customer service or administration environment
  • Exceptional communication, time management and organisational skills
  • Strong customer focus and proactive approach to solving issues
  • Intermediate computer skills and experience using multiple programs simultaneously
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
