Our exciting BDM opportunity is a hunter role responsible for selling Experian’s leading Credit Bureau solutions. As a member of our Credit Services team, you will create, identify and close sales. You will be responsible for building and developing a pipeline of new opportunities, selling a mixture of small one-off projects through to larger complex projects and data, and seeing through the entire sales process to closure. We need a successful New Business Hunter with a demonstrable track record of exceeding revenue targets by the development of relationships with clients, generating new business for Experian’s Credit Services. Long story short - we’re looking for a dynamic individual who possess an innately curious mind, creative thinking, strong sales methodology and a desire to grow and develop.

Experian’s Credit Services team helps clients to acquire new customers and to manage their relationships with existing customers.

What You’ll Need To Bring To The Party

  • Proven experience delivering an agreed revenue target in order to work closely with our clients and prospects to understand their requirements and identify ways in which we can help them achieve their commercial objectives
  • Agility in every conversation and curiosity in your questioning to understand challenges, requirements and opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Sales Generation
    • Intelligently prospect for new potential clients to create and drive revenue within a specified territory
    • Establish relationships, understand client business drivers and sell new CS solutions to identified targets within assigned territory.
    • Manage all opportunities through to closure of the deal
    • Self Starter, able to work remotely with minimum management oversight. Able to organize time to focus on activities that will deliver most benefit for Experian.
    • Be instrumental in achieving positive bidding outcomes and the accomplishment of yearly quota of sales with targeted customers
  • Maintaining a Client Focus
    • Build, maintain and expand the relationship with key contacts within accounts in order to build trust and use that as a base to grow revenue.
    • Deliver exceptional Client Focus, targeting industry leading Net Promoter Score achievement.
    • Become a Trusted Advisor and go-to Subject Matter Expert for your Clients, participating in the development of key solutions to make their business more successful.
  • Meeting Targets
    • Build a well-qualified sales pipeline of at least 3 times assigned quota to ensure overachievement of assigned revenue targets.
    • Expectation of 15 New Business and 10 follow up meetings per month
