About the Role

Our Superannuation and Insurance Claims team assist clients gain access to their superannuation and other insurance entitlements at times when they’ve been impacted by injury or illness and face significant financial hardship. A fantastic opportunity now exists to join the team as a Client Service Partner on a full term, ongoing basis in our Brisbane CBD office.

In this highly impactful role you will:
Conduct in person or phone-based interviews with prospective clients to assess their claim and communicate why they should come onboard with Maurice Blackburn;
Manage the client’s onboarding with Maurice Blackburn ensuring a seamless and well supported experience during the intake process;
Carry out administration to onboard new clients including claim review and triage, setting new appointments, coordinating costs agreements and preparing required documents;
Support the development of administration assistants across the team including the effective delegation of tasks; and
Maintain relationships with referral sources for prospective clients including disability and community groups.

About You

As a Client Services Partner you’ll require an outstanding customer focus, a strong motivation to help others and a proven background in being able to sell complex products to customers. You’ll also possess outstanding communication and relationship management skills, excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritise and manage a busy case load. Ideally, you’ll have developed this experience in a client / customer facing role managing both sales and service of complex products.
