Full Job Description
Trinity is a long-standing, community-based disability service at Ashmore on the Gold Coast.

Let’s talk about the role:
The Administration Assistant will support the overall administration functions of the Service. This role is a part-time position for2 days (15hrs) per week

The successful applicant will:
Perform reception duties for the service including answering phone calls, greeting clients and responding to enquiries.
Monitoring the email inbox, responding to relevant emails and escalating necessary items.
Supporting Service Manager, Team Leader and other team members with accessing internal documentation.
Performing general administration duties, including filing, document processing, printing /photocopying, file creation.
Work collaboratively with the administration team to ensure the efficient and effective day to day running of the service.

Now let’s talk about you:
Critical to your success in this role will be the proven ability to demonstrate

You will have a current Blue Card and a current NDIS Screening or Yellow Card
Certificate III in Business, equivalent experience or both
Friendly and able to work both autonomously and in a team
Strong communication skills. Positive attitude and willing to assist where possible
Experience community care, disability services or a similar industry highly regarded
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical
