Full Job Description
Providing you with an opportunity to engage in a full spectrum of work, from when a customer first applies for a credit card to supporting our store merchants in applying sales to customers accounts.

Let’s look at the opportunity.

Working in a remote contact centre environment, you will receive calls from our credit card customers and merchants regarding new and existing accounts and update / maintain accurate customer and merchant records. You will also contact customers and their employers to assess their proof of income documentation when assessing their eligibility for credit.

Capture all customer expressions of dissatisfaction, resolving complaints where possible and escalating when a resolution is not possible.
Maintain and take responsibility for recording own work, ensuring that business measures are accurately captured and reflect the customer’s circumstance.
Ensure day-to-day activities are performed in a timely manner, so goals and objectives are met.
Comply with and maintain knowledge of State/Federal legislation that governs the Latitude Financial Services business activities.
Ensure understanding and compliance with all Latitude policies and procedures.

This is a full-time opportunity and therefore it is imperative that you can be flexible with our operational hours that cover the below.

7.30am-6.30pm Mon- Wed
7.30am-7:30pm Thursday and Friday
8:00am-5:00pm Saturday
8:00am-4:00pm Sunday
