THE OPPORTUNITY

We currently have an immediate opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join the team in Perth. This is a fixed term permanent role for 6 months with the possibility to go permanent thereafter.

Responsibilities include:
    • Responding to phone, email, and event alerts within the defined, contractual SLAs and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction through a high quality of service and accuracy in following of processes and procedures
    • Correctly identifying Priority 1 and 2 incidents and act on them in relation to major Incident Management processes
    • Using knowledge (own and group), remote troubleshooting tools and reference databases to resolve incidents remotely
    • Managing incidents throughout their lifecycle within the required SLA timelines
    • Keeping customers updated
    • Contributing to Knowledge Management
    • Knowledge of Windows 10 is essential
Qualifications:
  • Degree qualified
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role or in a customer service environment.
  • ITIL Foundations
