JOB DESCRIPTION

The Role

To provide quality customer-focused services to external and internal customers, ensuring the professional

and efficient operation of the Administration Department. This is a 12-month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception duties
  • Active support and participation in quality management procedures and practices.
  • Dissemination of business requirements and general information to branch employees.
  • Other general administrative and freight office duties as required which may include:

- Carrier payment reconciliation and processing
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Fuel System administration

  • To participate in Freight Office activities and ensure that all documentation processed is accurate and complete

Skills & Experience

  • Strong Admin background coupled with the ability to learn new IT packages.
  • Customer service orientation - detailed understanding and strong curiosity about our customers
  • and what adds value to them.
  • Ability to apply logic and experience to make timely, sound judgements.
  • Results orientation - commits to ensuring goals are achieved.
  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Microsoft office suite expertise including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Personal standards of honesty and integrity
