Occupational Rehabilitation RTW

Job Description

This versatile role involves working with people who've sustained a physical or psychological injury and helping them return to their previous daily living activities at work and home.

  • Manage a caseload of 25-30 cases
  • Assess client needs
  • Develop strategies and interventions for a safe return to pre-injury activities
  • Play an important role in a multidisciplinary approach
  • The successful recruit will provide assessments, early intervention assessments, home assessments, worksite assessments, ergonomic assessments, functional capacity assessments

About You
  • Current registration (or eligibility for registration) with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist https://www.occupationaltherapyboard.gov.au/Registration.aspx
  • Experience in delivering person-centred Occupational Therapy services
  • Demonstrated OT experience within community, rehabilitation and/or paediatrics
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Current and valid Working with Children and Police Checks may be required
  • Valid Driver’s license and access to reliable motor vehicle
  • The ability to work independently
