JOB DESCRIPTION

The Role

Our Client is currently looking for numerous logistics schedulers to join their team in Northmead. Our client is one of the largest in the beverage industry and are seeking team members to join their reputable organisation.

You will be responsible for managing and executing the daily delivery schedule ensuring a high level of customer service is achieved along with the necessary legislative requirements. This will be a Fixed Term Contract and will be Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Allocating route deliveries through 3PL clients
  • Communicating with 3PL clients for updates and schedule changes
  • Ensure schedules are in accordance with fatigue management regulations
  • Meet the timely constraints of day to day requirements for deliveries

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1-year scheduling experience
  • Experience in load planning, routing, and driving regulations
  • Sound distribution and transport experience and skills with an ability to identify and remedy operational inefficiencies and service problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
