What will your typical day look like?Enterprise Technology, Oracle practice at Deloitte involves working closely with clients to help solve complex business problems, maximise business outcomes through cutting edge ERP cloud technology solutions. Our focus is on managing and delivering of complex, large scale, end to end ERP transformations by implementing Oracle Cloud solutions that maximises business outcomes for our clients. Our main priority is to ensure that we are always able to help our clients, align their business processes, technology strategies and deliver sophiscated cloud solutions with a sustainable and client-centric approach.

What you will do:

Adhere to Deloitte’s hybrid cloud EVD approach to deliver design, configuration, staged test phases and cutover.
Implement PM methodologies and techniques, Agile values and principles to deliver and manage complex ERP transformations.
Create sprint plans and facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations.
Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements, document functional and technical specifications, use cases, business processes, user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Develop and manage delivery of sprint plans, configuration workbooks, functional and technical specifications for integrations.
Develop and deliver key program deliverables like environment strategy, data migration plan, deployment plans, business readiness checklist, cutover and hypercare strategy documents.
Configure project tools like Jira cloud, xray and ALM with custom requirements to track sprint progress, playbacks, key decisions, testing progress respectively.
Create user and training documents along with conducting training sessions on effective utilisation of project tools like Jira, ALM.
Manage deployment for phased releases that includes project streams across SIT, UAT, and CUT.
Manage RAID register with streamleads and provide timely mitigation solutions to minimise potential impact.
Manage utilisation of oracle environments including refreshes, re[1]baselining configuration with PROD, user provisioning and documentation to align with best practice.

You will ideally have previous experience working in a consulting environment, with strong client relationship and service delivery skills. Additionally, you will have the following:
