ABOUT THE ROLE

PERSOLKELLY are in partnership with one of our Telecommunications clients and they are looking for Incident Management or Helpdesk Agents to join their team in Macquarie Park. This role provides service users with an excellent customer experience through multiple channels, resolving any issues or enquiries they have.

DUTIES

  • Answering inbound/outbound calls to existing customers regarding a variety of enquiries
  • Develop high level understanding of the telecommunication products offered within the business and maintain up to date knowledge of the industry
  • Liaise with customers both written and verbally to ensure satisfactory resolution of queries/problems
  • Sound technical, analytical, ability to investigative, skills in problem solving and decision-making
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and work independently without supervision

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous work experience working in an inbound/outbound call centre environment - essential
  • I.T/Telecommunications experience - highly desirable
  • Committed, energetic and passionate about customer service
  • Enjoys problem solving
  • Strong communicator both written and verbal
  • Proven knowledge of listening skills, empath and integrity

ADDITIONAL INOFRMATION

  • Working remotely is not applicable in this role
  • Eligible applicants must have full time working rights
  • Eligible applicants will be required to work shifts/weekend hours as per roster.
