We are on a quest to find a dynamic and results focused Performance Monitoring Officer to join our team located at John Hunter Hospital Campus.

Employment Type: Temporary Full Time until May 2022 (Part Time and Job Share arrangements considered)

Remuneration: $98,105.44 - $116,361.04 per annum + 9.5% Superannuation + Up to $9,009 in Salary Packaging Benefits (where applicable)

Performance Monitoring Officer

About the role:

The Performance Monitoring Officer will join the district-wide Activity and Performance Team, and work within a network focused on providing high quality information to managers and leaders to support them in the delivery of world class clinical services to the Hunter New England community.

About you:

The successful applicant will have extensive experience in analysis of data, and communicating information to managers in a complex environment. The position is responsible for the regular provision of reports and information on the District’s performance to senior executive and service managers.

To be successful in this position, you will need to be able to build and foster relationships and excel at interacting with a broad range of stakeholders both within and external to our organisation.

If you are focused on attention to detail and working together to achieve outcomes, have high level analytical experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills, we are looking for you to join our team.

Although this position is Full Time, Part time and Job Share arrangements may be considered.

An eligibility list will be created for future temporary full or part time vacancies.
