You Role’s Location: Sydney NSW

Role Reports To: Head of Planning and Analytics - who leads a team of professionals that are aligned with their particular client projects. They will lead their teams to be able to deliver effectively utilising resource allocation, prioritisation and effective communication to manage the workload and flow of work in and out of the agency. They will be responsible for developing the skills and experience of their team members and ensuring that they are progressing through their careers.

Overview of the role

The Director role will be responsible for implementing data and analytics projects within the agency across multiple clients. The director will be fundamental in understanding the clients problem and how it can be solved working with the client teams and how this is translated into the client teams everyday planning work

Your Team

This team of roles are fundamentally responsible for the delivery of the analytics projects, through collaboration with the GroupM Centre of Excellence

Your Key Responsibilities:

People

  • Living and breathing the Mindshare values everyday whilst possessing a proactive mentality and approach to workloads
  • Possessing a strong commitment to creating a positive, motivating and inspiring team culture with the ability to contribute POV's and follow leadership directives

  • Be an effective, committed and participative leader and team member, providing feedback to contribute to their continued development.

  • Delivers gold standard analytical practices across the agency, either on client projects, new business or within the agency
  • Identifying the right products and services to meet the client’s needs and briefs
  • Demonstrating knowledge, understanding and application of the Mindshare Analytical Process and the roles and responsibilities at each stage

Partnerships

  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of your client and their category whilst responding to all requests in a timely manner, consistently managing expectations
  • Developing trusted relationships with client leaders to build the knowledge within the agency of the analytics product suite.
  • Manages client’s expectations effectively with regard to the delivery of all work across the team

  • Ensuring financial procedural adherence is met
  • Follows GroupM SOX Compliance and auditing processes with 100% adherence
  • Ensures timesheets are completed regularly with 100% accuracy and attention to detail
  • Understands contractual and commercial client requirements and ensures all external stakeholders follow compliant financial processes
