The Digital Experience Manager is responsible for leading a team that own the overall eCommerce and digital touchpoint experience, function and strategy; driving growth through increased revenue and market share. You will be obsessed with improving the consumer journey through all digital touchpoints, whether that involves personalization, UX optimization, consumer journey mapping, new platform migrations and tool integrations, CRO, analytics, content and business processes.

Tech savvy and data led you can identify areas of opportunity, construct actionable insights and lead a diverse team to make measurable changes and optimizations.


  • Manage strategy planning, optimization and execution of all APAC digital touchpoints including 6+ ecommerce sites, edms and digital screens.
  • Management and coordination of website content, CRO, UX, digital platforms and tools, translation, localization, personalization, email and digital screens.
  • Build and execute a strategic department plan to upskill and grow with the business’ expansion and needs.
  • Drive internal knowledge of the digital business by providing direct management, strategic insight, reporting and presentation.
  • Work within a global framework to ensure the APAC business is globally aligned and global teams and insights are leveraged effectively.
  • Project-manage platform migrations and new tool integrations to ensure teams are equipped for transition, business impact is minimized and timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Lead the team to utilize available data and tools, to continually identify areas of opportunity and adopt a test and learn approach, to meet and exceed strategic KPIs.
  • Lead the team in new market expansion.
  • 5+ years experience in ecommerce management
  • Deep understanding of digital ecosystems and technology.
  • A hands on understanding of UX, Adobe Target and Adobe analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data to deliver reporting and actionable insights.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong project management experience including stakeholder engagement and the ability to work flexibly and dynamically.
