As Campaign Coordinator, you’ll assume the core responsibilities of a traditional project coordinator: planning, scheduling and defaulting as point-person for communication…. but that’s not all that defines you. As chief worrier, you silently anticipate the worst across the entirety of the project, and then take steps to address those worries and free up creative brain space for the team. As the honesty cop you have to read between the lines to identify the things that are keeping the team from moving forward at full velocity. As amateur therapist, you try to stay mindful of the ever-important human aspect of making creative work. Are people stressed? Is the client feeling unsatisfied? You make jokes, ask questions and employ emojis to try to sand down the rough parts of a project.

All this is why a creative or technical background is more important for a digital producer than traditional PM training. If you can’t address a client or team member’s problems, you’ve at least read the playbook, and know where to pass the ball to keep the game going.


  • Coordinate cross functional teams to effectively manage, progress and improve the campaign process.
  • Take ownership of content across Foot Locker’s digital touchpoints including 6+ ecommerce websites, digital screens, eDMs, etc.
  • Plan and drive the campaign roadmap and timelines with cross functional teams including product, logistics, marketing, content and media.
  • Schedule website, digital screen and email content for all APAC markets.
  • Work with current and new infrastructure to streamline processes, optimise digital touchpoints and advance the consumer experience.
  • Make data led decisions to drive the consumer experience at all digital touchpoints and drive business revenue.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, employee workflow to ensure campaigns/projects are launched on-time and within budget
  • Identify project or resource issues and mitigate before they cause schedule delays; escalate when needed
  • Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders
  • Bring big picture project vision and communication to projects while working with internal groups to streamline processes, increase collaboration and strengthen communication
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital ecommerce business, in a cross-functional team environment
  • 3+ years in campaign coordination or project management
  • Highly organized & detail oriented
  • Strong written / oral communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stake environments
  • Proficiency at Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Html proficiency and UX understanding would be beneficial
