About the Company

This progressive and highly successful consultancy continues to expand through their commitment to staying ahead of the market.

They are now looking to appoint a Proposals Coordinator to continue their evolution and success. A supportive work environment, training and development opportunities will be offered in return for your loyalty and applied skills and knowledge.

About the Role
The Proposal Coordinator role sits within our Business Services team and reports to our two Company Directors. You will have full accountability for high-quality tenders and proposal responses to win work and maintain our project pipeline.

More specially, the role will:
Prepare and collate high quality proposals, tenders and letters of quotation
Interpret briefs and coordinate responses, including managing timeframes and completing response forms
Collate proposals and attachments and submit via email or client portals
Manage systems and processes for tender development
Format, proof-read and submit proposals using Microsoft Word and Excel templates
Maintain a register of standard content to assist with preparing responses
Actively develop and maintain a high-quality library of company resources including CVs, collateral and case studies to assist in preparing proposals.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bid management professional at a relatively early stage in their career, ready to join a highly ambitious team offering them the opportunity to be involved in major, high profile bids and to learn and progress whilst making a significant contribution to the business.

About You
You ideally have qualifications in Communications, Journalism, Business or Marketing.

Experienced in the development and production of tenders, capability statements, expressions of interest, proposals, reports and other documentation, you have mastered the suite of Microsoft Office products, with particular focus on MS Word.

You love collaborating within teams and across disciplines to produce best possible work.

Your capability to deal with multiple senior stakeholders, think strategically and work constructively with fellow team members is a given, as are your exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

With a strong attention to detail, you also have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver effective day to day/operational business development support.

Working calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines you are a natural storyteller with commercial focus.
