What will your typical day look like?
You will provide a distinct, client-centric account management service for a portfolio of strategically important clients. You will work closely with Lead Client Service Partners on a wide-range of relationship building initiatives in a fast-paced, hands on, agile environment. You will be working with a cohort of Senior Partners, a highly motivated and fun team who strive to live Deloitte’s purpose of ‘making an impact that matters’ for our clients, people and community.

You’re someone with:

  • Experience in designing, embedding and delivering, distinct client experiences through scaled agile ways of working
  • Strong ability to develop strategic client relationships focusing on delivering the best of Deloitte
  • The ability to focus priority and drive sustainable revenue, premium growth and building trusted advisor client relationships
  • Excellence in account operations with discipline and rigour to keep client experience at the centre of account team purpose and engagement
  • Experience in implementation of strategic relationship plans
  • Demonstrable experience managing competing priorities
