Full Job Description
Due to growth, an exciting opportunity for a permanent, full-time, confident Administration Officer has become available with a very successful I.T company based in Toowoomba.

Ideally, the suitable candidate will have a strong background in Administration, with experience in, with the desire to get into Finance/Accounts. Applicants must be adaptable, flexible and open to change.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:
Processing invoices
Customer service - responding to enquiries, following up on overdue accounts, maintain accurate customer records
Daily, monthly and yearly financial reconciliations
Assisting in budget preparation
General office support
Assisting in the procurement of stock, stocktakes and the management of assets

To be successful for this role you will need:
A positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow your career
Xero, Employment Hero, ConnectWise and WiseSync software is highly desirable, but not essential as training is provided
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong work ethic and a team player
Excellent communication skills
Basic knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Xero is highly desired, but not essential as training will be provided for the right person
