A Firm in Mount Gambier is currently seeking a Receptionist /Legal Assistant who is dedicated to provide exceptional Administrative support. Position is Fulltime

Duties will include:

  • Front Receptionist duties
  • Handling telephone enquires
  • Formatting and amending documents and other correspondence
  • Administrative support to Business
  • E-filing of documents in on line court registry
  • Managing diary
  • Other administrative duties as required


  • Previous experience in working in a legal firm highly regarded
  • The ability and confidence to produce high quality work in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • A commitment to excellence with highly attuned organizational skills
  • A high level of computer skills and knowledge and must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have excellent typing skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
