We would love to welcome full time educators. If you are bubbly and energetic can work in a team and are as passionate about education as we are then we would love to hear from you.

This role will be Monday to Friday 5 days a week! 

About us:

Explorers Early Learning is proud to not only be Australia owned, but locally operated by a Melbourne family, with a long and successful history in the childcare industry.

Our Brighton East Centre:
Situated on the Nepean Highway, Brighton East has on street parking, an underground car park and cafes, shops and public transport nearby. Moorabin Station is a short drive down the road.

Our centre has 2 floors including the underground parking. Our outdoor areas are shared by 2 rooms each. Being inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach, we believe the environment is our 3rd teacher and therefore we focus heavily on the outdoor spaces incorporating natural resources and running sustainability programs. The children and families are all involved in our gardens and we use our outdoor space all year round. 

The Role:
As we are expanding, we are looking to welcome assistant co-educators to join us to support our wonderful teams across the rooms.

It’s an exciting role and a great way to start your career in the industry. You will have the opportunity to work alongside warm welcoming educators who can share their knowledge and ideas with you.

Key requirements:

  • An approved early learning qualification, or evidence of studying towards an early learning qualification
  • A demonstrated interest in children and their development
  • First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
  • Working with children check
  • Working rights- Visa / Passport
  • Photo ID
