Responsibilities:
Our company is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our fast-paced office team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry
  • Filing
  • Assist events department with ad hoc duties
  • Accounts administration
  • Office supply orders for Level 4 and 5 including stationary, coffee etc.
  • Enter NPO Invoices
  • Assist with front reception area, assist visitors etc.
  • Assist with room and desk bookings
  • Assist staff with any office queries or issues
  • Ensure general upkeep of reception, meeting room and kitchen area
