We are looking for a Tax Manager with at least 8 years experience in a local public practice. This is a permanent full-time role with a competitive salary and benefits.
 
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a portfolio offering a variety of dynamic clients
  • Understanding and implementing how to grow clients' business
  • Developing and implementing commercial structures to assist clients in achieving their business and personal goals
  • Developing, collaborating and inspiring your team

The ideal candidate will have experience and skills as follows:

  • Be CA / CPA qualified
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of local public practice experience
  • Experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager is essential
  • A focus on providing a compelling client experience
  • Experience in leading high quality and robust strategic advisory work with a high level of autonomy
  • Highly analytical and big picture thinker with a commercial mindset
  • Experience in coaching and managing team members and a motivation to inspire others
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with and influence stakeholders at all levels of client organisations
  • Have demonstrated a flexible, adaptable and innovative approach to complex problem solving
