About the role:
A fantastic opportunity to expand your career whilst providing a valuable service to people living in a number of small communities in Central Western NSW. You will gain experience in working with people of all ages whilst advancing your scope of practice and career. Covering the northern section of the Cabonne Council region and servicing the communities of Molong, Cudal, Manildra, Cumnock and Yeoval.

The position is based at Molong HealthOne (collocated Community Health and private GP service) and also provides a service to the Molong MPS – both sub-acute patients and aged care residents.

This is a targeted position in accordance with GSE Rule 26: Employment of eligible persons.Whereby Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply and, where found suitable, will be given higher priority under affirmative action in order to improve access to employment and career opportunities. Where you’ll be working:
Molong Health Service, a part of the Western NSW Local Health District. Molong is a charming town located close to Orange in the Central West of New South Wales. Molong’s beautiful and leafy main street is National Trust classified and its rolling hills make Molong a truly beautiful place to live and work.

The Molong Multipurpose Service (MPS) was part of the State’s Redevelopment Project and much of the facility is either newly refurbished or newly built making it an exciting and modern place to work. The redeveloped site was opened in 2018 so now is a fantastic time to join us in Molong!

The MPS includes acute and sub-acute/non-acute inpatient services, rehabilitation, respite and palliative care, residential aged care, outpatient and ambulatory care services and a range of integrated primary and community health services provided by the HealthOne centrally located in Molong’s main street.
