ABOUT THE ROLE

The Cyber Change Officer is responsible for developing key documentation that supports the successful implementation of change activities/plans relating to cyber security initiatives.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a Cyber Security Change Officer with strong administration, organisational and time management skills. Your experience includes working within a cybersecurity environment, coordinating change activities for cyber security uplift in a large geographically, dispersed organisation.

You will provide support to the Cyber Security Awareness team by identifying need, developing processes, executing change activities and communicating with key stakeholders.

You thrive in managing competing priorities while delivering day to day tasks in the required timeframes and will provide administrative, data and reporting support to the Cyber Security Awareness Lead.

You will also possess strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to support the development of cyber security awareness training materials, initiatives and implementation

plans.

You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your Team and taking initiative.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.

  2. Experience organising meetings, coordinating activities and providing high-level administrative support.

  3. Experience working within a cybersecurity environment, including co-ordinating change activities for cyber security uplift in a large geographically, dispersed organisation.

  4. Demonstrated organisational/time management skills with the ability to work under pressure, meet tight timeframes and manage competing demands

  5. Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description

HIGHLY REGARDED

  • Knowledge of current cyber security awareness risks and behaviour change methodologies

  • Prior experience creating communication materials to guide change

  • Experience in delivering online and face to face training and awareness in a large organisation

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE

This position offers a base salary range of $83,885 - $90,336 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
