Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) is seeking a dynamic Physiotherapist to join our Stroke Service team at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital!

Do you hold a degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent and current registration with AHPRA?

Do you have demonstrated knowledge, skills and clinical experience in Physiotherapy practice and the provision of services to Physiotherapy?

This Part Time Physiotherapist position is to provide weekend physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients, following acute Stroke admission to RPA Hospital in order to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes for the patients/clients of the service.
The physiotherapist will work as part of the multidisciplinary team and is expected to have excellent communication skills, particularly with clinical handover.

To be considered for this role you must have…

  • The ability to work over a combination of Saturday, Sunday or Friday.
  • Recent post graduate work experience in acute Stroke care, particularly in the acute environment.
