Selection Criteria to be addressed:

  1. Extensive administrative knowledge and experience, including reception duties, with effective customer service skills.
  2. Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach with the ability to self-manage and perform multi-disciplinary tasks.
  3. Experience in providing secretarial support for meetings including taking & circulation of minutes as required.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal skills including sound oral and written communication and the capacity to effectively liaise with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation in supporting the work of the team.
  5. Demonstrated proficiency and experience in the use of MS Word, Excel and utilisation of internal and external data bases.
  6. Working knowledge of systems that support business process including purchasing, recruitment and rostering functions.
  7. Understanding and commitment to EEO and WH&S.
