Strengthen and develop the Supreme Court of Victoria's digital communication and engagement capability to build connections with court users and the Victorian community - VPS5 position.

The Supreme Court of Victoria is the highest court in Victoria and is comprised of the Court of Appeal and the Trial Division.

The Supreme Court recognises that its people are integral to its ability to meet and exceed community expectations and to achieve its goal of being an outstanding superior court.

The Digital Engagement Adviser is a member of the Communications and Engagement team which delivers a range of strategic communication services.

Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager, this role will be responsible for helping to develop a new online Community Engagement Strategy for the Court.

  • Work within a dynamic communications team to deliver high-quality online communication.
  • Develop new online ways for the Supreme Court of Victoria to improve community understanding of the work of the Court.
  • Oversee content on the Court's website and social channels, driving digital best practice and compliance.

You will demonstrate sound judgment and a high degree of diplomacy when providing advice and guidance to judicial officers and staff on contemporary digital communication practice.

To be successful in the role, you will have demonstrated experience in managing public-facing websites and a working knowledge of Drupal 8 CMS, WCAG 2.1, SEO and analytics platforms.
