Our Finance Shared Services team is currently seeking to appoint a Team Leader Financial Operations to supervise a team to successfully deliver financial activities.

About You

You will be a team leader who is a team-player and can lead by example and ensure your teams activities meet customer needs, address operational issues and meet agreed outcomes while ensuring legislative and departmental compliance. As the Team leader, you will coordinate and manage workloads to achieve the required results. You will also recommend improvements and collaborate with other teams to contribute to an overall high level of customer experience.

The key to success in this role will be your positive leadership style and your ability to develop and lead a team to success. You will be proactive approach to work and a high level of attention to detail. The right candidate will have experience as a senior member of a team responsible for processing a high volume of financial transactions for a large organisation and be effective in communication both written and verbal.
