About the role:

Work within a culturally diverse environment, providing evidence-based speech pathology services within the Paediatric or Adult team. In this role, you will work as part of a high-performing team whilst demonstrating a growth mindset, positive attitude, and solution-focused approach.
Main duties:

  • Work collaboratively with clients and their families to assess, plan, implement and review therapy plans
  • Evaluate progress and outcomes with NDIS participants, family, and key stakeholders
  • Ensure integrated and comprehensive service delivery utilising a multidisciplinary and culturally informed approach
  • Report writing and future planning
  • Maintain and develop strong stakeholder relationships and partnerships within the community
  • Implement WHS, Risk Management and Quality Assurance requirements
  • Work towards meeting individual and team Key Performance Indicators 

What you will need to succeed in the role:

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience within paediatric and/or adults
  • Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication skills 
  • Current National Police Clearance, Ochre Card, WWCC & Drivers Licence
