We currently have a vacancy for a Receptionist/Recruitment Administrator. This role is varied in its workload. The successful candidate is the first point of contact for both clients and candidates, however is also involved in a lot of the backend work that is required to place a candidate in a new position.

This is a full-time role with the hours being 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Perform reception duties in a courteous manner and greet candidates and visitors
  • Complete comprehensive reference checks
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates face to face and over the phone
  • Scheduling candidate interviews with our consultants and clients
  • HR administration duties – formatting documents as required
  • Supporting Payroll and Accounts with administration support
  • Entry Of candidate details into the data base
  • Good social media skills, with the ability to post job ads on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Be professionalism & have excellent presentation
  • Have strong organisational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail
  • Possess a passion for customer service & customer satisfaction
  • Have the ability to prioritise tasks, and manage a large workload.
  • Be a self-starter with the ability and confidence to work autonomously
  • Be a team player - we are a team of five who all work closely together
  • Possess strong initiative and the ability to think outside the square
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication
  • Possess intermediate to advanced computer skills across the MS Office suite - Excel, Word and Outlook.
