About our Client
An Australian owned and run business for the last 17 years.
They are the preferred supplier to the Gaming, Hospitality and Retail Industry and Australia’s largest supplier of Thermal TITO Tickets located in Castle Hill, providing quality thermal rolls, plain and pre-printed, bond and multi-ply rolls, ribbons, office printers, gaming cards, voucher books, TAB & Keno Rolls and custom printing requirements.

The Position

  • Assisting their Sales teams in the operational function of managing client accounts.
  • Preparing quotations for their Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
  • Creating and recording order forms and completing orders
  • Quote generation for new & existing customers and ensure these are emailed to the customer in a reasonable timeframe. 
  • Assist in regular stock check telephone calls as requested/required by sales team.
  • Assistant in preparing samples, and marketing material for new clients and current customers as required by Sales Team.
  • Organise appointments for Reps & management
  • Create new records where needed, update and maintain customer details/outcome of conversations in our CRM – “CreataCRM”
  • Has previous experience with ordering procedures and CRM systems
  • Is known for their attention to detail, speed and accuracy
  • Is Personable and highly developed strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organised and can work in a demanding but rewarding environment
  • Works well within a team and across multiple stakeholders
  • Performing ad – hoc administration duties
  • Maintain a relationship with account managers and support them in coordinating their workflow

About You

  • Ideally a minimum 2 years of demonstrable successful track record and experience in Administration and sales is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and CRM Software
  • Highly motivated individual with strong sense of urgency.
  • Your negotiation skills, ability to communicate effectively in all levels
  • A bright, focused attitude with high energy level and be sales orientated 
  • Solid relationship building skills and excellent time management skills
  • High attention to details on all forms of admin/paperwork 
  • A desire to learn, improve, succeed and grown within the company
