The Levy and Data Processing Officer is responsible for providing support to Building Surveyors in lodging Building Permit applications, amendments, monthly prescribed events reports, managing levy payments and cases/requests logged by Building Surveyors via VBAs online Building Permit Management platform- BAMS (Building activity management System) and responding to enquiries and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Levy and Data Processing Officer with demonstrated working experience within the building industry.

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:

• Experience working with Building surveyors and working within the building industry.

• Efficient records management experience including the use of databases and template documents.

• Prevous experience in a similar role involving data processing and high level customer experience.
