JOB DESCRIPTION

The Role

Multiple opportunities available for Claim Consultants to join our Lifestyle & Leisure team. In this position you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims, handling a high volume of inbound customer queries, liaising with key stakeholders and processing claims in accordance to company polices. This position will require you to utilise your excellent communications and time management skills whilst providing a high level of customer service and display empathy to succeed.

Please note: this role is a mixture of in office and working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end claims in accordance with service level targets.
  • Liaise with all relevant parties, while providing regular updates on the progress of claims.
  • Apply knowledge of relevant legislation, guidelines, regulations and internal policy and procedures
  • Perform coverage evaluation, investigation and collate relevant documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with all stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven customer service experience in a customer centered role (essential)
  • Previous experience managing claims (desirable)
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and clear and professional communicator
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships
  • Displays a drive for results and are outcome focused
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment
