About The Role

Kleenheat’s Customer Contact team are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual that is passionate about pursuing a career within customer service to join our energetic Contact Centre!

As a Traineeship opportunity, we are looking for someone that is excited and motivated to develop their career. Whilst you are completing your Certificate III in Business, we will provide you with on the job training within a supportive and fun learning environment. You will also be assigned a mentor who will guide and assist you during your time with us.

As a Customer Service Officer we will ensure you have all the tools and training required to thrive within our call centre, acting as the first point of contact for new and existing Kleenheat customers.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
  • Ensuring safety remains priority number one.
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team to ensure high customer service standards are achieved and maintained.
  • Providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers via phone calls, email and other communication channels.
  • Respond accurately and timely to customer queries which include account setup, account maintenance, and other billing enquiries.
  • Administration support to other business areas when required.
To excel in the role you’ll need the right mix of skills and experience, which for this position means
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an excellent phone manner.
  • Analytical and numeracy skills, along with time management skills.
  • Prior experience or basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Successful completion of year 10 equivalent.
  • Flexibility with working hours in regards to working different shifts (Customer Contact Team is operational Monday to Friday from 8 00am to 5 00pm).
