The Opportunity

Reporting to the Materials Lifecycle Manager you will lead and manage the team of material lifecycle associates to ensure all printed packaging design meet regulatory, quality, customer and manufacturing requirements. You will project manage product introductions and other relevant material and packaging projects to ensure they meet production requirements at CSL Behring.

As the Materials Lifecycle Project Coordinator your tasks will include:

  • Lead and manage the material lifecycle associates to ensure all printed packaging design meet regulatory, quality, customer and manufacturing requirements. This includes overseeing cartons, labels and leaflets throughout the printed material lifecycle.
  • Project manage new product introductions for the Broadmeadows manufacturing site. Liaise with global commercial teams and co-ordinate with local SMEs across Regulatory, Quality, procurement, production, logistics and Engineering to develop and execute plans.
  • Project manage other relevant material and packaging projects in consultation with all internal stakeholders, and work to approve supplier additions, changes and deletions. This will involve project managing complex changes that have a multidisciplinary impact.
To Be Successful You Will Have
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of people, internal and external to the organisation.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience with managing artwork and material changes (although not mandatory but desirable)
  • Experience with use of SAP and documentation systems as well as office management software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat is essential.
  • Strong understanding of change control systems
  • An appreciation of the code of Good Manufacturing Practice
  • Familiarity with the drug regulatory process and regulations governing the labelling of therapeutic goods
