The Client Development Team is part of the Marketing function with responsibility for building client development capability across Nous. This includes oversight and support for our CRM (Salesforce), design and implementation of key business processes and support for the delivery of capability building material and activities. We are looking for a fabulous solution-focused and technology-savvy administrator to play a vital role in ensuring client development runs smoothly.

We are looking for a Client Services Coordinator

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in the administration of systems and processes supporting effective client development. You will identify opportunities to leverage the connection between your work and our ambition to transform our business through more effective client development. With a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in process improvement, you will confidently interact with staff across Nous about all matters concerning client development.

The role:
Coordinate distribution, monitor and report on client feedback surveys

Administer panels (data entry, compliance and support and advice to consultant panel managers)

Act as the first point of contact for Salesforce help relating to client development (e.g. design and develop reports and dashboards, advise on functionality, make appropriate referrals to tech support)

Represent the client development team with Nous' Executive & Project Assistant (E&PA) group (e.g. by being the main point of contact for this group, regularly attending their national meetings and contributing to the design and delivery of training and communications for the group)

Coordinate key client development activities (such as webinars, application circles, priority client updates, regular team meetings)

Contribute to projects in client development as required

The practical skills required:
5+ years in a related administrative role

You are proactive and can demonstrate initiative

You have worked in a team environment, where you have been required to juggle multiple tasks at one time

Superior attention to detail and organisational skills

Tech savvy: demonstrated experience using different systems or the ability to confidently learn new systems/technology quickly

Well-developed problem-solving skills

Professional services or similar experience highly regarded

Compelling verbal and written communicator
