The Role
Due to the continued growth and success of the organization, RateMyAgent is looking for an awesome Customer Experience team member to join our team and help us provide outstanding Customer Service. Our customers are both real estate agents, as well as buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer requests for assistance via phone and remote support tools
  • Participate in meetings and provide feedback on trends
  • Learn about new functionality as it is released to provide the best support for the product
  • Educate and train clients on how to get the most out of their online presence
About You
  • Knowledge of Intercom is desirable
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work autonomously when required
  • Team player with strong work ethic who is prepared and willing to learn
  • A real passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Solid understanding of computer systems, and browser based software
