About the Job

As the Relationship Manager/Client Success Manager, your primary focus will be to onboard new clients, build strong relationships with your clients and ensure their campaigns deliver results. You will provide phone-based, strategic account management services to your portfolio of accounts and guide and support our outbound sales team's efforts to achieve campaign targets.


Key responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of your client portfolio to support retention 
  • Build, develop and implement campaigns and relevant targets that will ensure we deliver return on investment for our clients
  • Support the phone-based outbound sales agents to achieve targets
  • Analysis and reporting of results to drive strategic direction and ongoing service improvement
  • Manage external stakeholders to influence, advise and achieve desired business outcomes
  • Bring the voice of clients to the sales team to ensure results are aligned with expectations
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate seamless service delivery 


About You

You will be experienced in account management with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. You will have experience in a contact centre or sales team with proven results.

Key skills

  • Previous relationship or account management experience within a call centre or sales team
  • Strong customer engagement, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish and manage internal and external relationships
  • Effective time management, multitasking and organisational skills
  • Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
  • Good presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated, capable of taking the initiative in difficult situations
