Inside Sales Representative is an individual role with direct reporting to Team Leader Sales.

An Inside Sales Representative is a full cycle sales role focusing on our small and medium-sized businesses segment clients. The priority will be to learn more of the Infobip processes after the SDR role including: Provisioning accounts, legal documentation and completion, MSA (Message Service Agreement) and NDA agreements, and KPI targets. 

The Inside Sales Representatives will work collaboratively with their Sales Teams defined verticals and provide client engagement across verticals depending on capacity and number of leads.

The Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for inbound leads for the Australian market and will need to work with the Marketing and Sales teams about challenges with pipeline and lead quality. Time to first contact is of the utmost importance and at Infobip we look to secure first mover advantage.

Your Key responsibilities?

  • Use and maintain the Salesforce data quality.
  • Achieving defined KPI goals.
  • Accept feedback and training to continue to improve and develop.
  • Understand and execute Enterprise + Volume Velocity Sales process. 
  • Close full cycle on small and medium-sized businesses level accounts.
  • Support Sales Team with outbound prospect accounts into A/B segment. 
  • Gain knowledge of internal systems and facilitate customer engagement through the use of those systems.
  • Gain and in-depth understand of the Infobip MSA process and working in collaboration with our internal legal team on required agreements and documentation. 
  • Focusing on in country verticals: Retail, Ride Sharing, eCommerce, Financial Services, and government in accordance with the local sales strategy.

Qualifications

 

  • Experience with lead development from first contact of target customers.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales roles.
  • Good sales-oriented communication skills.
  • Robust negotiation skills.
