Store Manager:

We are looking for a Store Manager who will work with us on creating the best possible core team. We’re looking for someone that will take complete ownership of the store.


What you’ll do:


  • Overall accountability of the performance of your store/site by achieving our top two KPI’s - NPS (customer satisfaction) and Delivery Time
  • Motivating, coaching and leading your team of pickers and riders
  • Stock Management and Ordering
  • Running and maintaining operational reports
  • Implementing and facilitating processes and procedures and finding new/better ways to improves these
  • Using the latest tech and software to manage all aspect of your site
  • Rosters and schedules for your site
  • Training new members of your team or supporting the training of newbies for upcoming sites


Requirements


  • You are customer obsessed
  • Happy to work shift patterns of 5 days out of 7 with shifts starting as early as 7am or finishing as late as midnight
  • Comfortable with using the latest apps and various software tools (we are not a pen and paper type of business) with an analytical mindset
  • You may have previously worked in a warehouse environment or retail or anywhere where you manage teams, deal with stock management, rosters and handling customer complaints.
