What does the role involve?

  • Full-service property portfolio management
  • Owner and tenant communication
  • Schedule and track maintenance and repairs
  • Entry and exit routines 
  • Property inspections
  • Open houses (week days)
  • Screening tenant applications
  • Raise the benchmark in quality of service, advice and results with every contact with new or existing clients

You will also:

  • Work alongside their established property manager / listing agent who has successfully grown the portfolio over the past 2 years and is continuing to do so.
  • You have the option to focus 100% on property management or to also grow the portfolio for generous listing bonuses and ongoing income trails.
