JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Junior Sales and Marketing Associate, you will be working closely with the CEO, planning, and executing sales and marketing activities at our St Leonards Office.

The role of the Junior Sales and Marketing Associate is to provide support to the CEO and sales team.

Although this is a junior role, you will play an important part in ensuring that the company brand is presented consistently, campaigns are delivered to deadline, that the company remains visible in the market and that sales leads are followed up.


You will be responsible for:

  • Helping the CEO and the sales team to improve their productivity by calling prospects to arrange appointments.
  • Attending initial sales meetings with partners and prospects
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when the CEO is unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging appointment dates.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and leads are handled efficiently.
  • Scheduling and organising marketing events e.g.: Webinars, Breakfast events, Workshops.
  • Assisting in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Designing and deploying customer retention programs.
  • Data entry and analysis
  • Contributing to internal reports
  • Creating content for social media channels
  • Responding to marketing queries via phone, email or social media
  • Organising and hosting at Expos
