The Department of Health plays a critical role in the Victorian health system and is responsible for shaping it to meet the health needs of Victorians into the future. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Executive Assistant will lead the provision of high-quality executive and secretarial support services for the Chief Communications Officer and Directors within the Communications and Media Branch.

The Executive Assistant provides secretarial and executive support, with particular attention to confidentiality, complexity and sensitivity to the Chief Communications Officer and their management team.

The Executive Assistant is required to perform duties including email and calendar management, providing administrative services to support internal and external meetings and events, document management, invoice processing, note taking, meeting coordination and the tracking of correspondence and the coordination of information flow in and out of the offices.
