About the role:

As part of the dynamic and results-driven project delivery team, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain experience collaborating with a diverse workforce and supporting large scale projects. Based in Footscray, you will be responsible for providing high level project administration support, as well as:

  • Supporting the Program Director with daily organisational tasks, including diary management, incoming/outcoming mail, meeting management, etc.
  • Assisting the broader team with ad hoc administrative duties.
  • Coordinating monthly reports alongside internal managers.
  • Managing and maintaining project documentation to ensure compliance in the workplace.

About you

You have a strong sense of purpose in helping the LXRP deliver on transforming the way Victorians live, work and travel. Driven by the desire to support major projects, you will have high quality administrative skills, with experience in projects desirable. We'd love to see applications from people with the following attributes:

  • Process driven, with strong attention to detail to ensure projects are delivered accurately.
  • Experienced in working independently whilst juggling multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • An upbeat attitude and willingness to take on any reasonable work-related tasks, especially when working in high pressure fast paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills are essential to this role as your will need to be able to follow instructions and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
