Full Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Full-Time Account Manager to join Dynamic Staffing Solutions based in our Brooklyn Location, liaising with existing clients, with a primary focus on our biggest client business - an Abattoir

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your primary focus will be to develop clients across the western suburbs. We are seeking an individual that will continue to build a foundation for growth with a goal to become a proactive industry leader in the provision of managed labour hire and staffing services.

Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in slaughtering, skinning, and dressing sheep on the killing floor of abattoir:
Direct and train workers in use of knife, air-knife, saws, and other hand tools.
The ability to manage more than 100 staff members
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the meat industry
Must have management or supervisor experience within a large format
Must be available to assist other departments where necessary
Monitor and review rostering in line with forecasted labour requirements and wage costs

Your hours of work will include 4am start with ample opportunity for a work life balance in the afternoons, your salary will be based on your experience. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently and part as a team. Taking ownership of this role, being self-motivated and reliable is imperative. Being highly organised, being able to prioritise and being a quick learner is a must.
